摘要
采用完全随机区组试验设计,对九曲水林场乐昌含笑(Micheliachapensis)家系6a生试验林进行每木测量。方差分析结果表明:树高、胸径和材积3个生长性状家系间差异达极显著水平(P〈0.01),形质性状中的冠幅在家系间达极显著水平(P〈0.01);相关分析表明:生长性状与形质性状存在正相关关系;遗传参数估计结果表明:生长性状的家系遗传力处于中等偏上水平,大部分形质性状的家系遗传力处于中等偏下水平;根据多重比较结果,以材积为选择目标,以现实增益大于群体均值10%为选择标准,速生家系为帽子峰(混合家系)、南帽3、乐九7、乐九4、龙南6、龙南3、龙南2、龙南1和乐九3,现实增益介于14.85%~45.29%之间。
Based on the data of 6-year-old families trial of Michelia chapensis in Jiuqushui forest farm, genetic variation analyses were carried out. Results of ANOVA indicated that the difference of three growth traits ( height, DBH and volume ) and one quality traits ( crown width ) reached significant level ( P〈0.01 ) . Correlation analysis showed that positive correlation existed between growth and quality traits. The estimated genetic parameters confirmed that family heritability of growth traits was in moderate to upper level, and most of the quality traits were in below-moderate level. According to the results of multiple comparison of volume, nine fast-growing families were selected, which were MZF, NM3, L J7, LJ4, LN6, LN3, LN2, LN1 and LJ3 separately, whose realized gain were between 14.85% and 45.29%.
