摘要 2011年7月国内发生了两列动车组追尾碰撞事故。基于多体动力学理论,运用SIMPACK软件建立了两列高速动车组多体系统动力学模型。采用数值方法对两列8节编组动车组碰撞过程进行了分析和研究。获得了不同速度碰撞工况下列车各车辆的冲击加速度、各个碰撞界面冲击力、碰撞行程、各轮对轮重减载率等参数的变化规律,实现了对高速动车组不同碰撞工况下安全性评估。结果表明,列车以较低速度碰撞时,钩缓装置和吸能结构可保护车厢主体不变形;当碰撞速度较高时,车厢主体受到破坏,乘客空间遭到侵入,且列车安全性指标超过相应限定值。 In July,2011,a train crash took place in China.Based on multi-body dynamics theory,two multi-body system dynamics models of high-speed train are built.The collision process of two 8EMUs is analyzed and researched by numerical approach.Impact accelerations of each car,impact forces and displacements of each collision interface and rates of wheel load reduction of each wheel set under different velocity impact conditions are obtained.The simulation results show that coupler buffers and energy absorbers are capable of protecting the carriages from deforming when two trains collide at low speed.When the collision speed is high,the carriages are damaged,survival space for passengers is invaded and the trains are at high risk of derailment.
