摘要 从国内目前常见的地铁车辆塞拉门系统的特点出发,结合其结构特点与常见故障模式,提出"FTA故障树分析法—CA危害性分析法"相结合的可靠性分析思路。并针对某地铁车辆所采用的塞拉门系统作基于此方法的可靠性分析,最后得出地铁车辆塞拉门系统的各主要故障模式的危害度矩阵图,从而为塞拉门系统的检修与维护提供一定的参考。 This essay is derived from the structural characteristics and the common failure modes of the sliding plug door of the subway vehicle.A fresh method for reliability analysis,which is based on " FTA--CA" calculation is proposed.Besides,according to the features of a certain subway vehicle,a reliability analysis outcome along with the matrix figure of CA which indicates the most crucial failure modes of sliding plug door will be obtained.The conclusion of this analysis is able to provide reference to the maintenance of the subway vehicle sliding plug door.
