产业系统物质循环水平测度研究——环境压力最小化视角

摘要 产业系统所引起的环境压力越来越被人们所关注,其环境压力的大小与进入产业系统的物质通量水平密切相关,物质循环利用行为已经成为降低物质通量、降低环境压力的重要途径。然而现行的物质循环评价指标更多关注直接物质循环利用量,忽视间接物质循环利用量的测度;关注整体循环度的大小,忽视促成循环行为所添加物质量的测度。本研究应用生态投入产业流分析方法,构建循环效率和循环指数两类物质循环测度指标,强化对间接和隐形物质循环流的测度,准确评价产业系统通量流中物质循环利用水平。在此基础上,从内涵和结果两个方面与现行物质循环指标进行比较,为完善产业系统物质循环评价体系提供有益参考和借鉴。 As the negative environmental implications of a modern industrial economy have begun to be recognized,agrowing comprehension of the key role of material flows in industrial systems has developed.Several indices characterizing material cycling have been developed.However,current indices of material cycling for industrial systems do not effectively measure cycling due to the lack of consideration of both direct and indirect flows in a system.From an academic point of view of environmental pressure minimized,applying method of Ecological input-output flow analysis,this paper builds metrics about return cycling efficiency and cycling,by which the adelomorphous flows of material cycling could be recognized and therefore the relevant suggestions would be put forward for measuring material recycle truly in industrial systems,based on comparison of difference between the existing industrial cycling metrics and Ecological input-output industrial cycling metrics.
