A Study on Fundamental Ways and Methods for Overall Ideological and Political Education of College Students

党的十八大明确提出要把立德树人作为教育的根本目的,坚持教育为本,德育为先,为大学生思想政治教育工作提出新的要求。从文化建设、管理服务、教学实践等各个方面加强思想政治教育,实现思想政治教育覆盖的全面性;结合当下实际,通过更新教育观念、方法手段,提高思想教育的适宜性;通过教研结合,以研促教,提高思想教育的深刻性;通过实施统一规范的评价标准体系,建立长效机制,实现立德树人的教育目的。

The 18th CPC national congress has clearly put forward that morality education and new generation culti-vation should be conducted as the basic purpose of education and education is regarded as the foundation and moral edu- cation as priority with new requirements for the ideological and political education of college students. Ideological and political education should be strengthened and be comprehensive from cultural construction, service management, teaching practice and so on. The suitability of ideological education should be improved by the update of education concepts and methods and means in accordance with the current reality and the profundity of ideological education should be enhanced by combining teaching with academic research and using research as promotion of teaching with the establishment of long-term mechanism and the implement of education objective for moral education and student cultivation.
