摘要
"家校同盟"作为学校教育与家庭教育合作的模式,在提高基础教育的素质教育水平方面发挥着重要作用。以"家校同盟"为研究的契点,以"模式"创建为抓手,从管理学角度探究,指出"家校同盟"模式主要由理念、工具、程序、内容、制度等五个方面构成,并指出"家校同盟"建设在领导力和制度建设方面有待完善。
The parent-teacher league as the mode of cooperation between school and family education plays an im-portant role in improving the quality education in elementary education. With “parent-teacher league” as a focus of research and “mode” as a key, the paper points out five aspects of the league mode: concepts, means, procedure, content, and systems from the management perspective. It also indicates “parent-teacher league” in terms of leadership and system needs to be improved.
