萌芽展叶期枣树生理对不同覆盖方式及水分亏缺的响应 被引量:5

摘要 试验以5年生萌芽展叶期桶栽梨枣树为试验对象,通过常规灌溉和亏水2个灌水水平与裸地不覆盖、薄膜覆盖和秸秆覆盖3种覆盖方式相结合,研究不同覆盖方式及水分亏缺对枣树生理生长的影响。结果表明,相同覆盖条件下,适宜水分亏缺能够提高叶绿素含量,裸地、薄膜、秸秆覆盖分别提高了1.8%、21.8%和22.2%。;相同覆盖条件下,水分亏缺均使净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率降低,薄膜覆盖相比较裸地和秸秆覆盖更能提高气孔导度及净光合速率,但秸秆覆盖水分利用效率最大;水分亏缺,丙二醛含量升高,游离脯氨酸累积,薄膜覆盖游离脯氨酸及丙二醛含量较低,覆盖方式及水分亏缺作为单一因子和交互作用对叶绿素含量、水分利用效率、丙二醛含量均产生显著影响。 In order to find responsive mechanism of Jujube physiology to water deficit under different mulching methods,an experiment with 5-year old Jujubes planted in pot in elongate shoots period was conducted with different mulching methods(no-mulching,plastic mulching and straw mulching)and two different irrigation levels(normal irrigation,deficit irrigation).The results showed that suitable water deficit could increase Chlorophyll content 1.8%,21.8% and 22.2%,respectively,than that of normal irrigation under no-mulching,plastic mulching and straw mulching;Photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were decreased under water stress with the same mulching methods;stomatal conductance and photosynthetic rate under plastic mulching were strongly increased than those under straw mulching and no-mulching,but water use efficiency(WUE)under straw mulching was the largest;Malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline were increased under water deficit;proline and MDA under plastic mulching were lower than those under no-mulching and straw mulching.Mulching methods and water deficit,as single factor as well as interaction between them,had significant impact on Chlorophyll content,WUEand MDA.
