摘要
在大田种植膜下滴灌条件下,以不同土壤水分水平为试验因素,采用对比设计方法研究了不同水分条件对旱作水稻稻谷品质的影响。研究结果表明:在不同水分条件下,稻谷的出糙率和不完善粒呈负相关关系;稻谷的精米率和整精米率都受水分的影响,稻谷水分越少,整精米率越低;适当的水分亏缺是利于水稻稻谷垩白度降低,并对稻谷的理化品质不产生大的影响;水稻生长过程中水分条件降低到较低水平后,对米饭感官评分有一定影响。
Under the condition of field-planting drip irrigation under mulch film,taking different soil water content level as experiment factor,the effect of different water condition on dry-farming rice quality is studied in this paper.The results show that under different moisture condition,the roughness of rice and unsound grain are negatively related;both the white rice rate and the whole polished rice rate are affected by water content;the less the rice moisture content,the lower the whole polished rice rate;Proper water deficit is conducive to reduce chalk rice whiteness,and has no obvious effect on the physical and chemical quality of rice;when the water content is reduced to a lower level in the growth process of rice,rice sensory score is influenced on a certain extent.
