Advances on methods for the detection of Iris yellow spot virus

摘要 本文介绍了目前已广泛应用于鸢尾黄斑病毒检测的生物学方法、电镜法、免疫学方法、分子生物学方法。总结了各检测方法的优缺点及应用范围,指出在实际应用中要综合运用各种检测方法提高检测的准确性。 This article describes methods of biology, electron microscope, immunology and molecular biology for the detection of Iris yellow spot virus(IYSV). It analyses the merits, the faults and the field of application. Various detection methods should be used comprehensively to improve the detection accuracy in practice.
