摘要
2014年福建口岸从比利时进境的废塑料中截获一种新蜗牛,为确认其分类地位,按Dillon(1984)的形态分类系统和《软体动物常规检疫规范(SN/T 3067-2011)》的方法,通过贝壳特征的观察和测量、生殖系统的解剖和描述进行形态鉴定,并用通用引物扩增和测序获得COI基因序列片段,经Gen Bank比对确认,鉴定其为灌丛蜗牛(Arianta arbustorum(Linnaeus,1758))。该蜗牛是一种重要的农业危险性有害生物,在中国尚无分布,建议有关部门对其实施检疫。
A new snail was intercepted from Belgium waste plastics by Fujian port in 2014. To reconfirm its taxonomic status, we observed and measured the shell, dissected and described the reproductive system, and obtained COI fragment through PCR amplification and sequencing according to morphological classification system of Dillon in 1984 and rules for general quarantine and identification of mollusk(SN/T 3067-2011). At last, the snail was defined as Arianta arbustorum(Linnaeus, 1758) by morphological methods and molecular alignment in Gen Bank. This snail is a kind of important agricultural pest and doesn't distribute in China, so it should be quarantined by relevant departments.
