基于协同管理理论的合作育人机制建设——以福州职业技术学院为例

Cooperative Education Mechanism Building Based on Collaborative Management Theory: Taking Fuzhou Polytechnic as an Example

政校企协同、产学研结合是高职院校培养技术技能人才的必由之路。基于协同管理理论的角度,当前政府、企业、学校在合作育人方面存在政府政策支撑力度不够、企业协同意识不强、学校主体功能发挥不到位等问题。以福建职业技术学院为例,总结该学院构建"产教融合、共建共享、互兼互聘、过程共管、结果共评"五大合作育人机制的实践经验,并从组织领导、协同平台、系统设计三个层面提出了合作育人机制建设的保障措施。

The cooperation among government,school and enterprise,as wel as the integration of industry,study and research,can promote technical talents cultivation. Fromthe perspective of colaborative management theory,this paper analyzes the issues among government,enterprises and schools,which is lacking policy support from government,and enterprise cooperation. This article analyses Fuzhou Polytechnic＇s practical experience to cultivate students,then proposes to build mechanismfromorganization,colaborative platformand systemdesign.
