摘要
从系统建设、应用、管理、政策等方面,综合分析了国外主要导航国家为推进各自卫星导航系统发展而采取的最新措施以及进展情况。结合我国北斗卫星导航系统建设实际,提出了我国卫星导航系统建设中应采取的针对性建议。
Actions adopted by foreign great powers in satellite navigation to facilitate their development are analyzed from various aspects such as technologies,application development,management and policies.Achievements on system construction and technology development are also introduced.With these knowledges,constructive measures to BD satellite navigation system development are proposed.
