摘要
目的探讨血压晨峰现象与轻中度高血压患者血清高分子量脂联素(HMW-ADP)及颈股脉搏波速度(cfPWV)的相关性。方法对入选的200例中老年原发性高血压患者进行24 h动态血压监测,根据结果分为晨峰组(MBPS,80例)和非晨峰组(NMBPS,120例),两组均进行cf-PWV、踝肱比(ABI)及HMW-ADP的测定。结果晨峰组cf-PWV高于非晨峰组(P<0.01),HMW-ADP水平低于非晨峰组(P<0.05)。多元Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示,MBPS为cf-PWV的独立危险因素,与血清HMW-ADP、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平呈负相关,与胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平呈正相关。结论 MBPS可能是轻中度高血压患者动脉硬化的危险因素,与动脉僵硬度增加有关。
Objective To investigate relationship between morning blood pressure to serum high-molar-weight-adipotectin and carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity in patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension. Methods Two hundred patients with mildto-moderate essential hypertension were divided into two groups,MBPS(n = 80) and non-MBPS(n = 120),based on 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.cf-PWV,ABI,and HMW-ADP were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences with serum HMW-ADP and cf-PWV between the two groups(p〈0.05). However,the two groups showed significant differences in morning peak systolic blood pressure in MBPS group and N-MBPS group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that MBPS was independent risk factor for cf-PWV. Morning peak systolic blood pressure was negatively correlated with the level of serum HMW-ADP、HDL-C,however also was positively corrrelated with level of Cys-C. Conclusion MBPS is possibly associated with atherosclerosis and arterial stiffness.
