新建本科院校在人才培养定位上是以培养应用型人才为主。应用型人才培养模式依据不同新建本科院校的实际特点,也应当具有一定的自身特色,在培养目标、培养计划、实践教学、课程设置、评价体系等方面构建一系列与应用型人才培养相适应的原则、措施与方法。

Cultivating application-oriented talents is the primary goal that newly-upgraded undergraduate colleges have set themselves. The application-oriented talent cultivation mode in newly-upgraded undergraduate colleges should take into consideration each college ＇s unique characteristics,based on which relevant talent cultivation principles,measures and approaches should be established that address the requirements of talent cultivation objectives,talent cultivation plan,practice teaching,curriculum arrangement,appraisal system,et cetera.
