摘要
大牛地气田生产过程中发现部分水平井出现支撑剂回流现象,降低了增产效果并造成安全隐患。通过对裂缝中支撑剂砂拱力学平衡分析,建立了生产过程中支撑剂回流临界流速及临界产量的数学模型,通过数值计算,分析了支撑缝长、缝宽、闭合压力、生产压差等参数对临界流速的影响,为压裂设计及生产制度选择提供了指导意见。
Proppant backflow occurs in some horizontal wells during the production of Daniudi gas field, which reduces stimulation effects and causes potential safety hazard. Through proppant arching mechanical equilibrium analysis of fractures, a mathematical model of proppant backflow critical flow velocity and critical output was established. By numerical calculation, the impact of propped fracture length, propped fracture width, closure pressure and drawdown on critical flow velocity was analyzed, thereby pro?viding guidance for fracturing design and production system selection.
