摘要
Just-in-Time Teaching(Ji TT)法是一种通过将网络与传统的课堂教学有效沟通联系在一起的方法。Ji TT利用基于网络的课前"热身"作业来激发学生的思考,并在教师和学生之间创造一种反馈回路。通过在课前检查学生的"热身"练习,教师可以了解学生的课前知识、错误概念,并直接对学生的错误概念在课堂上进行讨论。通过探索Ji TT法在"食品机械与设备"课程教学中应用的可行性,为将该方法应用到其他课程的教学上积累经验;同时建立了适合于食品专业本科生学习的教学模式,以提高课堂的互动性、生动性与高效性。
Just-in-Time Teaching（JiTT） is a kind of method that can connect the traditional class teaching with effective communication via internet. JiTT creates a kind of feedback cycle between teachers and students through initiating student＇s main thinking base on ＇body-warming＇ exercises on internet before class teaching. Teachers can learn pre-knowledge and some wrong conception by testing students＇ body warming exercises before class and discuss those wrong conceptions on the class.The probability of JiTT method applies in Food Machinery Equipment teaching is explored in this paper so as to accumulate some experiences in other courses＇. Meanwhile,a new teaching model has been set up to increase communication,liveliness and efficiency.
