＂ Food additives＂ is a professional elective course in food specialty in the college. The course is complex and integrated and in order to ensure the smooth progress of teaching activities as well as achieve satisfactory results, the importance of the course together with its reasonable contents and rich means are explained combined with the exploration and cognition in the teaching practice.
