摘要
对社工学生专业能力的现实需求需要构建能力为本的社会工作专业教学模式。从整体性课程设计视角来看,能力为本的社工教学模式构建的目标是以学生综合能力培养为导向,引入反思性行动教学方法要素,克服传统技术理性教学模式的弊病;其主要内容是:以显性课程为主,分解专业综合能力,实现知识内容的"普遍化+地方化",创新教学方法与考核方式,并关注参与主体的作用建构。
The increased real demand for social work graduates' competency requires the construction of a competency- based teaching mode for the social work program. Seen from the perspective of integrated curriculum design,the aim of the construction of a competency- based teaching model is to introduce elements of the reflective- action teaching methods and overcome the shortcomings of the traditional technical rationality teaching mode so as to build students' comprehensive competencies. Its main contents include: featuring a manifest curricula,decomposing the comprehensive competencies,universalizing and localizing knowledge contents,innovating teaching methods and assessment methods,and emphasizing roles of participators.
