On the “Cold ”Thinking of Accelerating the Development of Electronic Commerce under the New Normal——Taking Anyang City for Example

以安阳市为例,通过调查研究发现二三线城市依托主导产业和特色产业"试水"电商,普遍存在发展方向不明、竞争力不强、人才匮乏、管理体制不健全等问题,并就问题提出了加强人才队伍建设,优化服务监管等建议。

This paper using Anyang city as an example, through the investigation found that the two or three line cities rely on leading industry and characteristic industry, there are some common problems, such as the general development direction is unknown, the competitiveness is not strong, the lack of talent, management system is not sound and other issues, and the relevant recommendations, then put forward some suggestions, such as strengthen the talent team, optimize service supervision and so on.
