摘要
基于机器视觉技术的计算机处理方法,运用在红外光以及可见光下采集胶囊图像法实现对胶囊外形表面、两个端面及内部缺陷的自动检测,检测速度快、准确率高、系统稳定,在医用空心胶囊检测中具有较好的应用性。
The technology based on machine vision of computer process method is used, by adopting the method of collecting the capsule image in infrared and visible light, the two end faces and internal defects is realized. Various defects of different types of capsules can be detected by this system, both with high speed, high accuracy, stable operation and many other advantages, has better application in the detection for medicinal hollow capsule.
