摘要
结合天水市在此次群发性山洪地质灾害中的防治办法,综合考虑暴雨群发性山洪地质灾害特点、地质环境条件等因素,笔者针对群发性山洪地质灾害防治和恢复重建,从地质灾害处置和综合防治方面提出建议。
