浅谈环形双膛石灰窑的技术优势及改进

通过对比分析的方法,介绍了环形双膛石灰窑"窑型先进、燃烧温度分布均匀、生产稳定"等技术优势。并通过生产实践对工程中出现的一些问题进行解析,使石灰窑在技术上有了很大改进。最后,对此窑型的配套设备重新设计,使之能够适应各种煤气使用工况。

Through the method of comparative analysis, this paper introduces the technological advantages, such as ＂advanced type of kiln type, uniform temperature distribution, production stability＂, and so on. Then resolve the production practice of some problems occurred in the project, improve the lime kiln in the technology. Finally, the type of supporting equipment for this type of kiln, so that it can adapt to the use of various gas conditions.
