晋北地区水资源压力评价研究

Assessment of Water Resources Pressure of North Shanxi

水资源压力指数是衡量区域的水资源状况和区域人口、经济和环境是否与经济发展协调一致的量化指标。文章从人口、数量、生态、技术、经济、调度六个方面构建水资源压力指标体系,对晋北地区2003—2012年水资源压力进行测算,结果表明晋北地区水资源压力不断提高,水资源数量和环境压力是造成区域水资源压力的主要因素,并提出缓解水资源压力的对策建议。

Water stress index is a measure of whether the water situation and the regional population, economic and environment can coordinate the development. The author calculates and analyzes water resources pressure indexes of North Shanxi in2003-2012 from the aspects of population, quantity, ecological, technological, economic, scheduling. The results show that water stress continues to increase in North Shanxi Province, the quantity of water and environmental pressures are the main factors of regional water pressure. Therefore,some countermeasures are put forward.
