摘要
21世纪以来,宁波的高等教育实现了"跨跃式"发展,至今,区域内已有十几所高校。为进一步促进宁波高等教育持续健康发展,在宁波市教育局的支持下,2002年6月成立了宁波市高校教学督导机构。该机构开展各项活动,如教学观摩、听课、与基地师生交流等,从以下两方面积极地推动宁波市高校健康发展:形成了一支本土的由具有丰富高校管理与教学经验的专家团队;在市教育行政部门与高校之间新建了一条相对宽松的、较少行政色彩的、比较自由的联系渠道。
Ningbo higher education has developed by leaps and bounds since the new century. There are dozen colleges and universities in Ningbo today. To promote a continuous development in higher education, a teaching supervisor organization was established in June, 2006 with the support from Ningbo Education Bureau. The organization has been launching distinctive activities such as classroom observation,sitting in a class, communicating with teachers and students. The organization has contributed to Ningbo higher education from the following two aspects: an expert team has been formed by local teachers full of rich teaching and administrative experience; a channel, which is relatively loose, free, not so administrative, between education bureau and colleges and universities has been bridged.
