角色扮演法在法律课程教学中的应用

The traditional law education neglects the cultivation of students＇ professional skills and innovation consciousness, so that students can＇t quickly adapt to the legal profession after graduation, it＇s in urgent need of transformation. The role playing teaching method is able to assume the responsibility of legal education transformation. The use of role play teaching method should pay attention to the following key factors： subject choice and the default of the scene; rational selection and distribution of roles; enter the scene and performance; summary and evaluation of the course.
