文章以英国多科技术学院和中国独立学院为研究对象,通过比较中英高等教育大众化承担机构的产生环境、演进过程、管理机制、培养目标与方式,分析我国大众化承担机构的现状,在健全管理体制、改善培养方式、推进学院"转设"等方面提出完善路径。

After World War II, the popularization of higher education has become a trend in the development of education in the world, all the countries in the process of promoting the popularization,undertake corresponding institutions came into being, made an outstanding contribution to enhancing the comprehensive strength of national economic and social development. The research object is the British polytechnics and independent colleges in China, the Chinese mass higher education institutions in the bear generation environment, evolution process, management mechanism, training objectives and ways of comparison, popularization of China＇s higher education institutions should bear in the sound management system, improve the training mode, promote the premise to set up under the steady development.
