Facing the particularity of the graduate students and the thought of political education problems of graduate students, based on the perspective of intersubjectivity theory, the paper, from the three aspects of ideological and political education conception, content, means, proposes how to improve graduate students＇ ideological and political education work so as to provide certain references to improve the quality of graduate education.
