摘要
师徒结对、园本教研活动、教学反思是幼儿园教师专业发展的三种基本途径。本文主要论述了上述三种基本途径的工作要点。
The teachers' professional development refers to the individual transformation process,teaching more and more mature as a member of the education career. Old teacher and new teacher in pairs, teaching research activity and teaching reflection are three basic ways of kindergarten teachers' professional development. This paper mainly discusses some work points of the three basic ways in kindergarten teachers' professional development.
