摘要
"Time-out"是美国幼儿园中较为常用的一种教育策略,用于应对儿童的不适宜或违纪行为。本文主要阐述了美国"Time-out"惩罚教育的含义及实施策略,以及它对幼儿园教育的启示。
"Time-out" is one of the common education strategies in the kindergarten of American in order to deal with the inappropriate or violated children's behavior. Children lack of good habits and necessary skills, and their mind and body are immature, so it is crucial for teachers to know how to handle children's deliberate faults and prankish behavior. This article mainly expounds the understanding of punishment education in kindergarten, and then states the meaning of "time-out" punishment education and the implementation strategy and its enlightenment to our preschool education.
