系统性硬化症(systemic sclerosis,SSc)是一类以免疫异常、小血管病变及成纤维细胞功能障碍为主要特点的自身免疫性疾病。严重者可以累及心脏、肺部及肾脏等重要脏器,死亡率及致残率较高,预后差。早期诊断及有效治疗手段有利于提高患者生存率。

Systemic sclerosis is an autoimmune diseases characterized by immune abnormalities,small vascular lesions and fibroblasts dysfunction. Important organs such as heart,lung and kidney can be affected in serious cases. The mortality and morbidity is higher and the prognosis is poor. Early diagnosis and effective treatment are conducive to improve patient＇s survival.
