糖尿病患者居家胰岛素注射笔针头使用现状调查分析

Survey and analysis on the usage of insulin pen needles in diabetic outpatients

目的了解糖尿病患者居家胰岛素注射针头使用现状。方法选取使用胰岛素笔注射胰岛素的糖尿病门诊患者198例,应用自行设计的问卷调查注射针头重复使用的现状。结果 96.5%的患者重复使用胰岛素笔用针头,其内在因素包括知识缺乏24.6%、个人经济收入73.8%﹑怕麻烦个人经验38.7%及医生建议16.8%。结论医护人员应针对患者经济状况、风险意识等因素进行教育干预,提高糖尿病患者对胰岛素笔针头重复使用危害性的认识,规范注射行为。

Objective To investigate the situation of insulin pen usage and needle reuse in diabetic outpatients. Methods A self-designed questionnaire of insulin injections survey was conducted among 198 diabetic outpatients. Results 96. 5% of the patients reused the insulin pen needles. The reasons included lack of related knowledge （24. 6% ） , lower income （73.8 % ） , personal experience （38.7%） and recommendation from doctors（ 16. 8% ）. Conclusion The medical staff should take effective measures based on the related reasons to improve their dangerous consciousness of the reuse of insulin pen needles, and regulate their injecting behaviors.
