109例气管支气管结核患者首次支气管镜下表现及临床特点分析

The first time bronchoscopic findings and clinical characteristics in 109 patients with bronchial tuberculosis

目的分析气管支气管结核患者的首次气管镜下表现及临床特点。方法回顾性分析109例气管支气管结核患者的首次电子支气管镜镜下表现分型及其病程、症状、CT表现等临床特点。结果 109例患者支气管镜下表现分型为Ⅰ型14例、Ⅱ型11例、Ⅲ型46例、Ⅳ型38例、Ⅴ型1例、Ⅵ型0例;病程〈1月者5例,1~3月者17例,3~6月者26例,6~12月者31例,〉12月者30例;临床表现：咳嗽104例,咯血44例,胸闷气紧79例,全身症状8例;胸部CT异常者52例。结论气管支气管结核患者首诊气管镜表现以Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型居多,Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型少,Ⅴ型、Ⅵ型最少,临床症状无特异性。

Objective To analyze the first time bronchoscope findings and clinical characteristics in patients with tracheobron- chial tubereulosis（TBTB）. Methods A retrospective analysis of the first time electronic bronchoseopic classifications and clinical characteristics such as disease course, symptoms and CT performance in 109 TBTB were performed. Results Of the 109 patients, there were 14 eases with tracheal endoscopic types I, 11 with types II ,46 with type III ,38 with type IV, and 1 with type V. Five cases had the disease course 〈1 month,7 had 1-3 months,26 had 3-6 months,31 had 6-12 month and 30 had the course 〉12month. For symptoms, cough was found in 104 cases, hemoptysis in 44 eases, chest tightness and gas tight in 79 eases, and systemic symptom in 8 eases. There were 52 eases with abnormal chest CT. Conclusion The types III and IV are the most tracheal endoscopic types in the first time bronchoscopic findings while types I and II type are less, and types V and VI are least. There are no specific clinical symptoms in those patients.
