胃十二指肠溃疡患者术后饮食护理干预的临床效果观察

The observations of clinical effect of diet nursing intervention for postoperative patients with gastric duodenal ulcer

目的观察饮食护理干预在胃十二指溃疡患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的140例胃十二指肠溃疡患者按随机抽签方式分为观察组和对照组各70例,两组均采用常规护理方式,观察组在此基础上给予饮食护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后的营养状况和生活质量,以及两组的预后状况和患者满意度。结果两组治疗后生活质量和营养状况均优于治疗前,且观察组的生活质量和营养状况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访观察组的治愈率及患者满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生率及住院时间明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃十二指溃疡患者护理中给予饮食护理干预,能够显著提高患者的营养状况和生活质量,具有良好的预后作用,能够有效提高患者对护理和治疗的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of diet nursing intervention for postoperative patients with gastric duodenal ulcer. Methods We randomly divided 70 patients with gastric duodenal ulcer into control and treatment group,70 in each group. The control group received conventional nursing while the treatment group received diet nursing intervention in addition to conventional nursing. Then, we compared the nutritional status,life quality, prognosis, and satisfaction with the service between the two groups. Results The nutritional status and life quality were better after receiving nursing when compared to before treatment in the both groups. However, nutritional status and life quality in the treatment group were better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In our follow-up visits, patients in the treatment group showed a higher rate of recovery, a lower rate of complications, and a higher level of satisfaction when compared to their counterparts in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The diet nursing intervention can significantly improve the nutritional status and life quality of postoperative patients with gastric duodenal ulcer. It can also greatly enhance patients＇ satisfac- tion with their treatment and nursing ,is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
