摘要
心智觉知是一种带有目的性的,个体觉知自身状态的心理体验。实证干预研究结果显示,心智觉知训练不仅在临床心理治疗层面,对个体有着显著的疗效;还在心理健康治疗层面,对个体的尊严及幸福感,有着显著的提升效果。在我国,有关心智觉知训练的研究,目前还面临着一系列的相关问题,比如研究工具在本土的有效性,干预效果的有效性与操作性,以及其在高校心理健康领域的干预效果等。
Mindfulness is a kind of psychological experience with purpose,and individual consciousness. Empirical research results of the intervention showed that mindfulness training not only has a significant effect on the individual in clinical psychological treatment level,and significantly enhance the effect of dignity and happiness of individuals at the level of mental health. In China,about mental sense knowledge training research is still faced with a series of related problems,such as research tools in local effectiveness,effectiveness,the operation effect of the intervention,and the intervention effect in the field of college mental health.
