摘要
教师队伍建设是正值转型时期的广东开放大学变革传统的人才培养模式、教学模式、服务模式、管理模式的关键工作。传统广播电视大学教师队伍的结构与配置、职能分工、专业能力与培养、评价与管理难以应对开放大学新的教育服务与组织管理模式需要。借鉴国外远程教育实践的成功经验与已有研究成果,根据开放大学的办学实际与需求,师资队伍应从人员结构、角色划分与配置、角色职责与能力等方面进行建设,打造一支结构合理、素质卓越的优质教师队伍。
The faculty construction is the key to thedevelopment of Open University of Guangdong, which is at the turning point. Besides, it plays an important role in reforming traditional training model, teaching model, service model and management model. This paper, based on the analysis of the successful practice of distance education and the existed research achievements,discusses the structure, roles division and allocation,duty and capacity of Open UniversityofGuangdong's teaching faculty, taking the practical condition and demand of thetmiversity into consideration. This paper hopes to provide a helpful reference to the faculty construction of Open University of Guangdong.
