双侧锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗胫骨平台Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型骨折 被引量:1

摘要 胫骨平台骨折是一种较常见的骨折,约占全身骨折的1.2%[1].胫骨平台SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型骨折通常是由高能量创伤导致,其损伤范围广泛,损伤组织类型复杂,累及胫骨平台关节面、干骺端、甚至胫骨干,同时伴有严重的软组织损伤,治疗效果不理想,临床上处理起来非常棘手[2]。根据骨折后产生的特殊生物力学特点,治疗不当将产生创伤性关节炎、关节不稳以及关节功能障碍[3]。
