摘要
为利用SCADA准确监视扰动后电网振荡信息,帮助调度人员做出正确的调度控制决策,提出了基于特征抽样和插值重构的数据压缩方法。首先根据振荡波形特征制定提取特征点规则;然后在场站侧根据预定规则抽取并传输振荡曲线特征点,实现数据压缩;最后在调度中心利用三次埃尔米特插值高精度重构电网动态。该方法能以通信负载的少量增加为代价,显著提高调度人员对扰动后电网动态过程的监视能力,较曲线拟合等方法在压缩率和拟合精度上均有明显优势。该方法只需在现有SCADA基础上进行少量软件升级即可实现,并能根据网络通信条件灵活选择实施对象,具有一定的应用前景。
A data compression based approach is proposed to transmit system dynamics in SCADA. The rules to extract feature point are concluded. Thereafter,the feature points could be extracted and transmitted to implement data com-pression in a RTU. The system dynamics with disturbance present can thus be reconstructed using cubic Hermite interpolation in control center. Numerical simulation indicates that the proposed approach outperforms polynomial fit and sampling/cubic spline interpolation based data compression in both compression ratio and the precision. The proposed approach can be implemented in SCADA with limited software update.
