摘要
本文介绍了基于NVMe/PCIe的SSD闪存控制技术,论述了NVMe技术在服务中的存储应用方案,使服务器克服了传统的基于SAS/SATA的SSD设计所固有的延迟和吞吐量瓶颈,性能大幅提升。通过PCIe 3.0接口实现最大化吞吐量,大大提高了随机存储I/O性能,具有数据完整性、可扩展性和高可靠性等特点,尤其适用于大数据领域。
A flash control technique based on the NVMe/PCIe SSD and the storage solution for severs were introduced in this paper. And the disadvantages of delay and throughput bottleneck inherited for the traditional design were solved, which improve the performance for severs substantially. The maximize throughput was realized by PCIe Gen3 interface, greatly improving the random storage I/O performance. This technique has the advantages of data integrity, extensibility and high reliability, etc, which is especially applied to big data field.
