摘要
针对空调器制冷模式下室内机蒸发器结冰严重现象导致制冷效果差的问题,采用实验对比方法,利用焓差法在标准空调器计测中心实验,通过实验研究发现:(1)优化后的制冷系统能够及时准确检测空调蒸发器结霜情况并进行化霜处理,避免某一冷媒支路检测不准导致蒸发器结霜结冰严重,影响制冷效果及系统安全;(2)优化后的制冷系统采用热气旁通控制,化霜期间压缩机持续制冷,避免了原制冷系统压缩机停机、室内风机送风化霜引起房间温度波动大的问题。
The indoor air conditioner evaporator has serious icing phenomenon under cooling mode which leads to poor cooling effect, For the problem, enthalpy difference was used to study this problem in the standard measurement center for air conditioners, and experimental comparison method was used to analyse the experimental data. The experimental study found that: (1)optimization refrigeration system can timely and accurately detect air conditioning evaporator frosting and defrosting, which can avoid evaporator serious frosting and icing because inaccurate detection for a refrigerant branch that affected the cooling effect and system security. (2)The optimized system has hot gas bypass control. During the defrost, the compressor continuously refrigerants, which can avoid room temperature big fluctuation that was caused by the compressor stop of the original refrigeration system and the indoor fan working to defrost.
