思想政治教育调处农村征地矛盾纠纷的对策探讨

Meditation of Rural Land Conflicts and Disputes by Ideological and Political Education

征地拆迁中呈现的矛盾纠纷已成为农村发展的制约因素。通过对农村征地矛盾纠纷的实地调查,探讨了农村思想政治教育尊重农民诉求、提高干群互信度、创新治理方式的角色定位,提出思想政治教育和经济建设相结合,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,发挥农村思想政治教育预测功能,创新有效预防和化解矛盾纠纷体制,运用法治思维和法治方式等对策。

Rural land conflicts and disputes have become a problem restricting rural development. This paper, based on investigation, points out that ideological and political education in rural area should respect farmers＇ demands, improve the degree of mutual trust between cadres and the mass, innovate the role of governance. Furthermore it puts forward such measures as the combination of the ideological and political education and economic development, the focus on humane care and psychological counseling, the predicative function of the education, the innovation of an effective system to prevent and resolve conflicts and disputes, and the introduction of legal thoughts and the rule of law.
