社会福利转型背景下,劳动与社会保障专业的定位与发展应契合社会发展需要,培养与社会需求同步的应用型人才。本文将从社会转型与专业建设的关系以及社会福利制度的转变展开分析,明确专业建设在社会福利转型背景下的重要意义,并通过制定"三位一体"的培养目标,设置"两主一特"的课程体系,形成"一体两翼"的培养方式,从培养目标、课题设置、教学方式上推进劳动与社会保障专业的建设与改革,从而实现劳动与社会保障专业招生、培养、就业协同发展。

Social welfare under the background of transformation,labor and social security of professional o-rientation and development directly affect the establishment and execution of social welfare policy.From the goal of “three-in-one”,“the two main one special”curriculum,to the formation of “cultivating mechanism of one body two wings”,this paper promotes the reform of teaching method of professional labor and social security,and realizes labor and social security,employment training professional recruitment and coordina-ted development.
