摘要
建立检测奶粉中色氨酸含量的氨基酸分析仪法。用碱水解法水解奶粉,氨基酸分析仪测定奶粉中色氨酸。结果表明,该方法标准曲线良好,线性范围为0.02-0.20μmol/m L,相关系数等于0.999 99,检出限为10 pmol,回收率为95.54%-103.82%。该方法简单快速、灵敏度高,适用于样品数目较多的定量检测。
To establish a new method for the determination of tryptophan in milk powder by amino acid analyzer. Milk powder is subjected to alkali hydrolysis. Results show that the calibration curve of tryptophan has good linearity. The linear range is0.02-0.20 μmol/m L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 99. The detection limit is 10 pmol and the recovery rate of sample is among 95.54%-103.82%. This method is simple,fast and high sensitivity,which is suitable for determination of tryptophan with a large sample.
