摘要
从贮藏保鲜技术、贮藏过程中品质变化、加工应用、加工过程中品质变化等4个方面,对香椿的贮藏保鲜及加工应用方面进行综述,并对今后香椿研究的发展趋势进行展望。
This paper summarizes the status of Toona sinensis fresh-keeping and processing applications in the four aspects:fresh-keeping technology,quality change In the process of storage,processing applications,quality change in the process of processing and also pointed the development trend.
