案例教学法是一种在课堂上运用真实经典案例进行剖析讨论的教学方法。通过在食品科学与工程专业本科生教学中积极开展案例教学,在"食品安全与质量控制"案例教学尝试中发现,此方法能有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,大大提高学生将理论知识应用于实践的能力,有利于应用型人才的培养。

Case teaching is a method that discussing and analysing real and typical cases in the lecture. We have been active in case teaching for undergraduate students of Food Science and Engineering. We found case teaching can effectively improve the students＇ interesting and their ability to apply a theory to practice in the teaching of Food safety and quality control. It＇s useful for the practical talents training.
