摘要
CuNi换热管在固定管板式换热器上的应用主要受强度的制约。本文从强度校核的计算过程入手,通过分析换热管失稳原因,提出利用带预热补偿胀接的方式增强换热管稳定性的方法。
The application of CuNi heat exchange tubes to fixed tube-plate heat exchanger is mainly limited by strain forces.Based on the calculation process of strain verification,a method of enhancing the stability of heat exchange tubes by preheating and compensated expanding is proposed through analyzing the unsteady phenomena of heat transfer tubes.
