摘要
本文以CJ14.5tex为经纱,纺制的Coolplus纯纺纱为纬,开发交织织物。利用正交设计以纬纱细度、纬密、厚度三个因素作为正交实验的因子,进行了三因素三水平的正交实验,选用织物断裂强力,断裂伸长率,撕破强力,折痕回复角织物起球等级,悬垂织物系数,摩擦次数等作为评价指标,通过对试验结果的分析,确定了合理的工艺条件,分析这三个因子的不同水平对织物性能的影响。最后确定Coolplus和棉交织织物最优工艺参数为:纬纱细度14.5tex、纬密240根/lOcm、筘号52#。
This paper discusses how to develop braid by using CJ 14.5tex as warp and Coolplus pure spun yam as the weft. An experiment, based on orthogonal design, was conducted by using the fineness, density and thickness of weft as factors and fabric breaking strength, breaking elongation, tearing strength , draping coefficient, friction, etc. as metrics. The result showed the technical conditions and also the 3 factors in different conditions have differ- ent effects on the fabric performance. Finally, the optimal process parameters of cotton and Coolplus braid are given which are weft fineness 14.5tex, weft density 240/10cm and reed number 52#.
