大学英语写作教学改革是一项系统工程，翻转课堂作为一种新的教育模式，必然要求包括教学管理在内的教学流程做出相应的变革。它对教师包括专业素质在内的专业能力提出了新的要求。本文从翻转课堂的内涵出发，列举了写作课堂几个变革，新的大学英语写作教学模式呼唤新的教学生态。

College English writing teaching reform is a systemic program. Flipped classroom, a new teaching mode, requires the teaching process, including teaching management, to make a corresponding reform. There will be new requirements for teachers together with professional quality and ability against the flipped classroom. The paper starts with the coneent of flipped classroom and lists the changes in English writing.
