高职院校教师教学方法改革的自省与抉择

Introspection and Choice of College Teachers Teaching Methods Reform

当前高职院校教学改革如火如荼，而教学方法的改革则是较为薄弱的方面，成效不尽如意，没有取得实质性的进展和突破。本文剖析了高职教师教学方法改革难以深入的个人内在原因，即从高职教师的教学责任意识、教学思维方式、专业实践能力方面寻求解决教学方法改革中存在的主要问题，以突破改革的瓶颈。

Teaching reform ods is not as satisfactory as is being in the full swing in higher vocational colleges, expected and makes no real progress and breakthrough but the reform of teaching meth- This paper analyzes the person- al internal reasons why the teaching reform is so difficult for the teachers to go further and finds out the main prob- lems in teaching reform from teachers＂ sense of teaching responsibility, teaching thinking method and professional practicing ability as to break the logjam in teaching reform.
