文化繁荣背景下大学教师发展琐论

Development of Universities and Teachers against the Background of Culture Efflorescence

文化繁荣、社会进步，大学是主体与客体；推进文化发展、建和关中国，大学是“主场”、大学教师是推手。文化昌盛之势下，大学必须有“文化”，应批评、引领文化思潮和助推文化繁荣、社会文明。文化繁盛、社会全面进步与大学教师的文化素养及其教育力、文化力、创造力关系密切，文化发展当关注、发力让教师“德艺双馨”。

University is both the subject and object in prosperous culture and development of society. In the process of promoting cultural development and building harmonious China, universities are the host and the university teachers are the driving force. Under the background of prosperous culture, universities must have their own culture and are expected to criticize and guide cultural and ideological trend, boost cultural prosperity and social civiliza- tion. The prosperous culture and the social progress are closely related to the cultural quality and their educational, cultural and creative forces of the university teachers. Moreover, in the culture development, the teachers＇ morality and ability are also enhanced.
