以经济法学的角度，对公平与效率的关系进行分析，并结合我国历史及发展实际，深入探讨经济法公平与效率并重的实现机制，为把握好公平与效率的动态平衡、促进和谐社会的构建提供借鉴。

This paper, from the perspective of economic law, analyzes the relationship between fairness and effi- ciency and, combined with the history and development of China, discusses its implementation mechanism. The study will provide reference for the dynamic balance between fairness and efficiency and the construction of harmo- nious society.
